We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us, despite the language barrier. The night watcher in particular was kind and the maid was extremely helpful, making our daughter's stay exceptional. The hotel itself was old but well-preserved and equipped, which added to the charm of this city. We loved the bar on the ground floor and the breakfast served on the extraordinary terrace with panoramic views of the surroundings. The Italian-style breakfast was delightful, with a variety of sweet options like filled croissants, Nutella, and pastries, as well as a few savory choices like smoked ham and cheese. The fresh coffee was exceptional.
All was good.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the centre of town, making it easy to explore the modern part of the city. the single room I stayed in was bright and clean, with adequate furnishings. the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. there is a charming courtyard where I could securely store my bike overnight.
The price of the hotel may be considered a bit high for what you get.

The hotel was very well preserved and had a charming old-style atmosphere. The staff, although not fluent in English, made an effort to understand and communicate with guests. The breakfast served on the second-floor terrace overlooking the city was delightful, with a variety of sweet options like filled croissants, Nutella, and jam. The coffee served at the table was exceptional.

The service and breakfast at this hotel were excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a variety of options, including delicious Italian pastries and freshly brewed coffee. the hotel's location in the town center made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and find places to eat. the hotel provided helpful information about local sights and travel times.
The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. the staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating.
